This website, stjepanrajic.com, is run by Studio “SR Media”, owner Stjepan Rajić, Vitez, Bosnia and Herzegovina (“I”, “me”). I take your privacy seriously and only collect what I need to reply to you and work with you.
What I collect
When you send an inquiry, I receive the details you enter in the form: your names, email address, wedding date, location or venue, the service you’re interested in, how you found me, your Instagram profile (optional) and your story.
When you email or message me, I receive your email address or phone number and whatever you choose to share.
Technical data. Like most websites, the server automatically records basic technical information (such as IP address and browser type) for security and to keep the site running. This site also uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it, only if you accept analytical cookies.
Why I use it
- to reply to your inquiry and check my availability
- to prepare an offer and a contract, and to deliver your photos and film
- to keep business records as required by law
I never sell your data, and I don’t use it for newsletters or advertising without your permission.
How long I keep it
Inquiries that don’t become bookings are deleted within 12 months. For booked couples, I keep contract and invoice data for as long as accounting law requires, and your photos for as long as needed to provide the service.
Who else can see it
Your data is stored with my web hosting provider. Some features rely on third parties:
- Google Analytics: anonymous statistics about visits (only with your consent).
- Instagram feed: images shown on this site are loaded from Instagram (Meta).
- WhatsApp: if you contact me via WhatsApp, Meta’s privacy policy applies.
- Email: messages are delivered through my own mail server.
Cookies
This site uses only necessary cookies by default, for example to remember your cookie choice. Any other cookies are used only if you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time via the cookie icon in the bottom-left corner.
Your rights
You can ask me at any time to see, correct or delete your data, or to stop using it. Just write to info@stjepanrajic.com and I’ll respond within 30 days. You also have the right to file a complaint with your local data protection authority.
